  1. Turn a 1/4 turn left (90°) into a left front stance and left low block.
  2. Step with the right foot into a right front stance and right straight punch.
  3. Turn a 1/2 turn right (180°) into a right front stance and right low block.
  4. Step with the left foot into a left front stance and left straight punch.
  5. Turn a 1/4 turn left (90°) into a left front stance and left low block.
  6. Step with the right foot into a right front stance and right straight punch.
